Thank you for shopping with Huey Taylor, LLC. All of our products are made to order, which allows us to create custom items just for you.

1. Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made to order.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or promotions), production times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package appears delayed, please allow extra time before contacting support.

6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and Huey Taylor, LLC to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

8. Split Shipments

Because items are made to order, orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
