Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Underwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
